Are payments made in full or are partial payment options available?
and what about cancellations?


a 50% deposit of total cost needs to be made at time of booking to order materials and and save your date.
(1) week prior to your event/weekend, the final 50% must be paid


cancellations before (1) week prior to your event/weekend will receive 50% back of your 50% deposit
cancellations less than (1) week prior to your event/weekend will receive 50% of their total cost back

How long does installation take?


(1) - (2) hours for most installations, larger/more detailed installs may need more timeĀ 

How far in advance do we need to book?

2 weeks - 1 month is suggested to ensure we have the availability and the time for custom decor delivery
